The Hustler then doubles the guarantee to $100,000 for event no. 2, which is a $175 buy-in tournament with eight starting flights between Sunday, Oct. 20 and Wednesday, Oct. 23. The winner of this event will take home at least $20,000.
The series concludes with event no. 3, a $500,000 guaranteed quantum tournament with $100,000 earmarked for first place. This $375 buy-in tournament has a whopping 15 starting flights running at noon and 5 p.m. each day from Friday, Oct. 25 to Friday, Nov. 1. Furthermore, players can utilize the quantum option and buy in on day 2, Saturday, Nov. 2, for $2,700 and an average stack of 200,000 in chips.
The top 12 percent of the field will finish in the money in this tournament, and players who manage to advance to day 2 more than once will be credited $2,500 for having their shorter stacks removed from play.
Players wishing to get into this event at a discount can take part in any of three $90 buy-in mega-satellites. One in five players will earn their $375 seat.

The Hustler Casino in Gardena, California is set to host an exciting series of poker tournaments this holiday season. The Holiday Poker Classic Tournament Series is set to run from December 16, 2019 through January 13, 2020, with 13 total tournaments and $750,000 in guaranteed prize money to be awarded.
The whole affair kicks off with the $100,000 guaranteed $175 buy-in event. The tournament runs from Dec. 16 – 20 and features eight total starting flights, with a noon and 5:00 p.m. flight each day from Dec. 17 – 19. Players will start with 30,000 in chips, with 12 percent of the field advancing to day 2. Any players that qualify for day 2 multiple times will receive $1,000 for each stack removed from play, with only their largest stack going forward. The eventual champion is guaranteed a $20,000 payday.
There will be plenty of great tournaments to play from Dec. 20 – Jan. 3, with several boasting sizable guarantees up to $50,000. The marquee event of the series, though, is undeniably event 12. The $500,000 guaranteed no-limit hold’em event features a $375 buy-in, with $100,000 guaranteed for first place. The tournament sports 16 starting flights, with one at noon and a second at 5:00 p.m. each day from Jan. 4 – 11. Players will start with 20,000 in chips, with 12 percent of the field making the money and 10 percent moving on to day 2. Any players that qualify for day 2 multiple times will receive $2,500 for each stack removed from play, with only their largest stack going forward.
This event features the popular Quantum Tournaments structure, which affords players the opportunity to buy directly into day 2 of the event for $2,700. Players that exercise this option will start with 200,000 in chips, with blinds of 1,500-3,000 and a big blind ante of 3,000. Day 2 begins at noon on Jan. 12.
