The Pilot shall be established for the first year of Casino Gaming Facility operations. During the term of the Pilot, Twin River-Tiverton and Tiverton public safety officials shall report on a quarterly basis to the Town Council on the implementation of, and updates to, the Public Safety Protocol.

The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa is a gaming complex and hotel that opened in 2004. It is located on the Tampa Reservation off of Interstate 4, just east of Tampa, Florida. The 190,000 square foot casino is the sixth-largest in the world, and has been expanded multiple times since its opening. It is a 24-hour venue that permits smoking indoors.

It includes many displays of rock and roll memorabilia, such as clothing and musical instruments. Rock videos and music play on multiple screens, including one displayed inside a waterfall. Many song lyrics are displayed on the walls. Among its many services are a food court and tour bus parking. Special membership cards allow points accumulated by gambling to be redeemed for retail discounts.

History[edit]

In 1980, while excavating to build a parking garage in downtown Tampa, Indian remains were discovered. They were exhumed and relocated to 8.3 acres of land east of Tampa, that was granted reservation status to the Seminole Tribe one year later. Taking advantage of reservation status, the tribe opened a museum, a smoke shop and a high-stakes bingo hall by 1982. Eventually a Four Points Sheraton Hotel opened on the land, and slot machines and poker were added to games offered. In 2000, the Seminoles announced plans to rebuild the casino as a Hard Rock Casino. The Hard Rock Casino opened in 2003, with the hotel opening the following year. Over time, the Florida Legislature has changed laws allowing new games at the casino, including Vegas-style slot machines and blackjack. Major expansions of the casino occurred in 2007 and 2012, making it the largest in Florida.

Aside from the casino, the hotel has a 12-story tower, a pool, a fitness center, and three parking garages. There are many restaurants, including the locally acclaimed Council Oak Steak House, The Fresh Harvest buffet, Rock and Raw sushi bar, The Rise Deli, JuBao Noodle Palace, an international food court, a large Hard Rock Cafe, which regularly hosts live stage performances, as well as others. For shopping there are multiple stores, including the Rain Maker tribal gift shop, the Hard Rock Store and a Seminole Smoke Shop. There are also multiple bars located around the casino floor, including the L Bar, the Center Bar and others. Additional features include a non-smoking game room and a high-rollers club room. Musical memorabilia exhibits can be found throughout the complex.

In 2019, a 14-story hotel tower was added to the property^[1].

Casino[edit]

The 190,000+ square foot casino is the fourth-largest in the United States and sixth-largest in the world. It features over 5,000 Vegas-style slot machines and over 110 tables.

7 Clans First Council Casino Hotel opened in March 2008. It is located south of the Kansas/Oklahoma border in Newkirk, OK. This is 30 minutes north of Ponca City. The casino and hotel are owned by the Otoe-Missouria Tribe.

In 2018 the 7 Clans First Council Casino expanded its hotel with construction of a second hotel tower. It also added an indoor water park that opened in February 2019. The hotel tower is named The Oceanside Hotel. It has 60 rooms and is located next to the water park.

THE OCEANSIDE HOTEL

This hotel tower was built in 2018 and is located next to the Waterpark. It offers 60 family-friendly suites.

After a year-long construction project, the First Council Casino is opening its new Waterpark, an indoor water park for the exclusive use of hotel guests.

The 20,000-square-foot water park includes three large slides, a pool for teenagers, a pool for children and a lazy river. The hours are 11:00 am till 8:00 pm everyday all year.

Waterpark passes are free to all hotel guests that stay at either The Oceanside Hotel or The Beachfront Hotel. The Oceanside Hotel has family-friendly suites and is adjacent to the Waterpark.

The Otoe-Missouria tribe striving to be a top entertainment destination in North Central Oklahoma and will plan to bring more things to do for their casino guests and families.

The Otoe-Missouria tribe is proud to announce the latest expansion of the 7Clans First Council Hotel and Casino property north of Newkirk, Oklahoma. The tribe has broken ground today on a project that will create a year-round destination for family entertainment.

Included in the expansion are:

1. A 30,000 square foot water park which includes four large thrill rides, a children's pool with additional slides, a separate teenage pool, and a lazy river.
2. 60 additional suite-style rooms, including many with bunk beds, to bring the hotel capacity to 146 rooms.
3. A second-floor arcade adjoining the hotel expansion and water park.
4. Food and Beverage service for the water park, two additional meeting rooms plus a substantial addition of gaming space.

The project is scheduled to be completed and open for business in late December 2018 and will bring approximately 70 new jobs to the area.

Otoe-Missouria Chairman John R. Shotton says this is just the latest development that the tribe has created to continue on a path of economic sovereignty.

'The Otoe-Missouria tribe is excited to break ground on the 7Clans First Council Hotel expansion and indoor waterpark,' Shotton says. 'This project is next phase in our plan to be the top entertainment destination in North Central Oklahoma. 7Clans Casino CEO Bruce Barnett believes the water park creates a unique opportunity for 7Clans First Council Casino and Hotel.
